Payments:
To confirm a reservation, we require a $250.00 initial deposit. With this payment, you agree to the terms and conditions.Your final payment is due no later than 45 days prior to your arrival date. We may cancel and resell your reservation if full payments have not been received by the due date.

Cancellations / Refunds
Once we have confirmed your reservation, no payments are refundable. If you must cancel any part of a confirmed reservation for any reason, we will apply or pro-rate your payments less an administrative charge on a future Napili Bay #116 booking within twelve months.
